  The assistant manager, daughter of the owner is a nutcase. She jumped an employee's case about a child sandwich being too long and grabbed that sandwich and threw it away making my child, wife and everyone else wait longer while the employee remade the sandwitch. My wife kindly pointed out that this was the incorrect way to handle the situation, and wasteful. On another visit this same assistant manager comes after my wife accusing her of purposely leaving the tea spicier on, um.... ok then. I will drive to Jimmy John's in Rantoul or Subway in GIBSON when possible to avoid this place when I can.
